And she should’ve served every minute of it. No air conditioner, a lot of persons don’t have AC anyway. I don’t think prison should have Cable TV, TV at all. There’s plenty of books out there and places is ready to donate to the prisons. When I had my Resale shop and would buy storage auctions and at regular options I would take truckload of books to the county jail into the state prison to donate. I guess air-conditioning in front of some of the prisons are OK for medical purposes and during the hottest part of the summer. No TVs, commissary only if the money goes towards helping the prison, Normally it does not. Make the prisoners start growing their own vegetables and raising their own food. Invest in property next to the prisons for raising cattle, pigs, chickens. Get a lot of eggs out of the chicken houses.
