all my friends randomly ghosted me for it even though i never did ANYTHING to hurt them and i never even used around them, i was so hurt and confused, i’d go to school and my “best friends” would refuse to explain why they were ignoring me and i’d go home to be sa’d. now i’m terrified that anyone who promises they’ll be there for me will eventually leave because of my substance use
