once police have it in there small minds your going to jail its over i been put in jail for a dui coming home from work and I dont drink after $4000 in a lawyer $600 for bail.$650 for a tow bill and lost my job ..after 8 months it was found i was sober..I got $550 back for bail

If he’s a diabetic, & his sugar is low it can smell like alcohol on their breath . My late husband was a diabetic and when he’d be close to very low glucose, his breath smelled like wine .

How to do a a breath test and they denied it. They had no right to arrest him for drunk driving when they didn’t provide him with the breath analyzer he said he couldn’t do the physical part of standing on one leg and all that I can understand that.

I found this video online and watched the whole thing. he denied SFTs and cop put him in cuffs. he said he'd do a breathalyzer but not SFTs. cop then takes him out of cuffs claiming that he is gonna cut him a break for driving on a suspended license bc he had a valid MI license, but his FL license was suspended. then he said the wife could drive and didn't have to seize his tag 🤔 the whole thing seems suspicious to me bc I have never seen a cop cut someone a break on a DUI, ever. I don't think he had cause for the DUI. he thought he had cause for a suspended license, but the DUI was wobbly at best. which proves u prob shouldn't do SFTs, just offer to do a breathylyzer and thats it.
