Larger items are more difficult to create because of the vision. Smaller items are less complex. Why Kyle is so crazy because he already has the artistry. He can already fathom his own creations. The green lantern ring has nothing to do with the ring but more so the mind. Your constructs are limited by what you as the wielder can conceive.
