You tell the correct version of the story.Nzeyi had 570 acres,he gave out 3.7 acres for a primary school,a health centre and a police station and remained with 566.3acres.Nssf agreed with Nzeyi to buy 463acres of the 566.3 but Nzeyi gave them a condition to select whatever piece they wanted for as long as they didn’t touch that part holding his house and farm.Nssf picked several pieces including the one house the farm and the home and that’s where the conflict stems.Nzeyi advised them to pick another piece on the remaining land but Nssf maintained that the rest didn’t meet their criteria and that’s the conflict.
