i applied for a job on LinkedIn in Feb, they got back to me in October... i asked them why they advertised a job in February when they needed the staff in October? i asked them, do you expect applicants to be idle for all this long just waiting for your job? people have options, people move on... i went hard on them that day.... i told them to change immediately or else i would take matters to the public...
