You do not need to use menstrual blood in your practice. Your cycle itself can serve as the symbolism. During your ritual, cleanse your herbs, light a candle safely, place fresh water nearby, journal your intentions, and speak to your ancestors. Ask: What am I ready to release? What am I ready to protect? What strength did the women before me carry? What generational pattern ends with me? What wisdom do I want to pass to the women who come after me? Your feminine power is not about controlling other people. It is about knowing yourself. It is knowing when to say yes. Knowing when to say no. Knowing when to walk away. Knowing when to rest.
