Regular exercise is essential to managing ADHD. For me this was running hard 6 days a week. 3-4 miles. Always felt “normal” after a run.

Thank you for this. My daughter has never been diagnosed but it’s gotten out of control since she’s become a teen. I just thought it was normal active child behavior but looking back she’s definitely always had problems with impulse control !

Our 7yo son has combined ADHD. We remind him he needs to working on strengthening his bicycle brakes in his racecar brain. Also he needs to meet his medication half way and apply himself.

These videos are so important and I enjoy every one! I’ve been seeing some hate on my FYP and I’ve never felt you were telling parents to dull their kids sparkle but to try to make small tweaks here and there to make their childhood and education as smooth as possible.
