@nisha_gullenishat: If you are a teacher and want to apply for a PhD in Australia, one big question is: Should you apply in your subject area, or should you apply in Education? For example, if you are a Chemistry teacher, you may have two possible routes. Route 1: Subject-based PhD This could be Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Food Science, Biology, Maths or another technical field. Route 2: Education-based PhD This could focus on teaching practice, student learning, curriculum, teacher training, digital learning, inclusive education or science education.
