I believe this is what many ladies in this generation feel. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why we are witnessing such a high rate of divorce today. In the olden days, before a woman got married, she would be properly counselled and prepared for marriage. She would be advised about her responsibilities, how to handle her home, how to understand and respect her husband, and how to deal with the challenges that come with marriage. Nowadays, unfortunately, much of this guidance and preparation seems to be missing. Many people enter marriage without fully understanding what marriage truly requires. I believe this is one of the challenges facing our generation. May Almighty Allah guide us, protect our marriages, and save us from divorce. Ameen.

Personally I see this thing to be useless. If you train your child and leave an exemplary life for them to follow, trust me you won't need this so call preadvice wedding. All this a bogus and those that always give the advice are even worse.
