Hi! I heard you say progesterone should sit at 40 post ovulation. Is that pretty standard for an ideal progesterone level for most NaPro doctors? I was at 10 with a blood test at 7DPO. Does that mean I didn’t ovulate? I’m now taking 400mg progesterone suppositories daily, do you think that’ll increase my progesterone a good amount?
