I like how it looks a lot, but I would look into adding some anti-artifacting effects onto it.i don't remember what the videos called, but there's a very useful video that talks about how to decrease that on YouTube

i know it might be a stylistic choice, but you can fix the jittery pixels when you look around. I saw a video and they drew a box around the character, and rotated the camera inside that, so it remains the same image the whole time.

you should look into Texel splatting. It has the low-res pixel art style you're going for without all the noise you get from just lowing the resolution.
