If I can give you any advice? Get a weekly paying and or overnight job and save what you can - sometimes it’s hard to trust the process BUT it will pay off

North St. Louis used to be beautiful. I think the really bad CRAC epidemic in the 80s changed all of that. It just kept going downhill and no one , no one has bothered to build it back up and I think it’s sad. The St. Louis government wants it to stay this way purposely you go across the town of South St. Louis and they have these very same homes that are worth hundreds of thousands even millions
