@yannaayuki: Spreading awareness to do a self-check regularly and if you find a lump, go get it checked! I found more lumps and cysts from the ultrasound that I couldn't detect with my own hands. The procedure was painful during and after and I could recall feeling the needle move around stretching the skin and now I can feel a bruise. Thankfully the doctor and nurses were nice and patient with me but I still think that If I was given a numbing cream or injection, It would be less traumatic. Biopsy or Aspiration. We should be given pain medication and a numbing agent at least as the procedure was not a quick one for my case. and does not feel like a blood draw kind of thing.
