dude, this is not the way. you have to be able to speak more confidently. the fact is you're doing nothing illegal you were on public property you are not on their property you are filming what is visible from public property you're not zooming in to get details that the naked eye could not pick up from where you're standing. you are 100% in your constitutional right you don't have to have a boss you don't have to have any of this other stuff you're overcomplicating the situation. just be straightforward. you are in a public place you are recording video from a public place which is a constitutionally protected right. it doesn't matter if it's a business a residence anything if you are standing on a public place and recording without zooming into capture what could not be normally perceived by the naked eye then you are doing absolutely nothing wrong.
