No you should not pass a school bus ever but I don’t think a 4 lane highway should be a bus stop either. Side streets would always be safer for the children.

We need to have a specific groups within all police departments that follows school buses, people will def think twice before running a the All Mighty Stop Sign aka ( a buses stop sign) even emergency vehicles have to stop for a school bus stop sign.
