I live in Davidson and our NY Bagels has the best I’ve had. I’m gluten sensitive, not celiac, so cross contamination isn’t a deal breaker for me, but it could be an issue for others. But I’ve never felt yucky at all after eating them!

We should petition for monday night to include breakfast for their gluten freedom days. Had the pizza last night and was shocked at how delicious it was

Ship them to yourself from Modern bagel in NYC, freeze them, thaw Saturday night or early Sunday morning! They’re best a little toasted after they thaw.

The accidental baker has the best gluten-free bagels I’ve ever had. But you’d have to buy the bagel and take it home and make it how you want.
