Ask somebody who wears an Apple Watch every day I can tell you how inaccurate it actually is. My watch will often and frequently tell me that it looks like I’m on a brisk walk wanting to count it as exercise when in reality I’m walking to my car for break. It will also try to say I’m exercising when I’m getting on and off my forklift. I know that this crime is horrific, gruesome, and so terribly tragic for the children. I know that some people are not going to like this take however it is not Lindsey‘s job to prove her innocence it is the prosecutor‘s job to prove her guilt. Innocent until proven guilty without any reasonable doubt. This case is definitely one of the harder ones I have seen. Because without a doubt there is definitely reasonable doubt. And with that being said if the jurors get it wrong, four lives will be lost for no reason. The way social media has a death grip on this case, no matter what neither one of these two or anybody for that matter that has played a part in this case, we ever have a normal life after this. Guilt should be based on facts that can be proven and only that. Any time you add a child element to a crime and emotions and feelings get involved. That alone can get an innocent person convicted of a crime they did not commit. And that alone could also let a deranged lunatic who committed a horrific crime like this walk free. There is only two people in this whole entire world that know the 100% truth. No matter how much we look at how much we study how much evidence is put for our face we will never know the actual truth. Sadly enough, no matter the outcome cannot bring back the lives of the three innocent children that was lost that day. May innocent souls rest in peace, and the true perpetrator will face their justice in the end of their time.

why don't we have phone records of that 14 second conversation? do we have phone records of where the phones actually were during this time? like bouncing off of a tower somewhere? and if so, the new wife's records and his best friend's as well. bc say his best friend shows up to his house, takes Pat's phone and leaves at 5:15? what if the new wife and Pat where still at the house and that could be why Lindsey saw herself kill the kids bc they look similar? I mean falling from a window and blood loss could make your vision play tricks. also how similar do the 2 women sound when they talk? bc if they also sound similar, what if she had Lindsey's phone?

5:24pm Patrick sends an email from his home computer. Data of flights of stairs could be driving (or running) with elevation. Phone or watch may have indicated stairs. Watch may have been removed. No geolocations were mentioned in trial. We don’t know who had the devices, where they were or what was happening in the Clancy house. And we don’t know if one person was using both Lindsay’s phone and watch during this time. The stair data becomes irrelevant without more information/evidence.

I believe Patrick confronted Lindsay months prior to this about his new woman he already knew she had problems and was struggling so he used that to frame her , I don’t think she killed the kids i believe his new woman did and Lindsay already was dealing with losing her marriage which pushed her even further down a dark hole , she was struggling with dark thoughts but Patrick and his new wife made it happen meanwhile trying to frame her

No heart rate + stairs = She was carried...crushed thyroid could mean they all started in the basement. Patrick strangled her too, then carried her up the stairs which is why theyre recorded but no heart rate is recorded and threw her out the wondow and then left. He could have also called her watch while still in the house. Or taken it with him and then put it back when he got home...which is why it was in the drawer and not on him or lindsey.
