Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 12:48 a.m. on April 18, 2025, Patrolman Tyler Redy from Deal Police spotted a black 2011 Toyota Yaris. It raced north on Norwood Avenue at 52 mph in a 25 mph zone. He chased it down. He pulled it over near Norwood and Park Avenues in Long Branch. Redy stepped out and met the driver. She was 28-year-old Aymira Rivera-Torres. Right away, when he asked for her papers, she refused to help. Later, she said she came from Asbury Park with friends. But she would not name the place. Aymira handed over her license at last. Redy went back to his cruiser to check it. He smelled trouble. He thought she might be drunk. So he radioed for backup. Sergeant Brad Kerney and Patrolman Noah DeFazio showed up fast. They told Aymira to step out. She had to do sobriety tests. She stalled a bit. Then she tried the eye test, Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. Both cops saw signs she was impaired. Next, she fought hard against more tests. They tried over and over. In the end, they arrested her for DUI. Before the cruiser ride, she said she was pregnant. She wanted a hospital trip. Medics came to check her. She turned it down. Police towed her car for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. Redy drove her to Deal headquarters. There, they read her the breath test rules. She would not give good samples. Once paperwork ended, a sober friend took her home at 3:10 a.m. He signed the liability form for her. Tickets hit her for DUI, breath test refusal, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding, and no registration. Aymira had priors too. Disorderly conduct in Long Branch on March 20, 2022. Aggravated assault on a cop there on March 12, 2022. Simple assault in Long Branch on March 31, 2016. More disorderly conduct in Neptune Township on March 16, 2016. Shoplifting in West Long Branch on February 23, 2016. Hindering arrest in Little Silver on September 14, 2015. She also racked up speeding tickets before in Colts Neck, Wall, Ocean Township, Marlboro Township, and Oceanport. 2:46 Car sounds like a tractor😮 no oil? 17:26 Just listen to her complain about
