A better way of putting it is you accelerate towards an object depending on the object's mass and that object accelerates towards you depending on your mass. But the force between you and the object is the same and depends on both your mass and the object's mass. a = (MxG)/r^2 A = (mxG)/r^2 F = (mxMxG)/r^2
