This is impossible to monitor. California is 250 miles in width, to the next state. NJ has easy access to 4 other states, to make tire putchases.

Energy efficiency tires? 😁😆😂🤣 oh thats hilariously rich we have replaced our light bulbs, appliances, cars, water heaters, building materials, A/C's just everything electronic we have done everything in the name of efficiency and our electric bill are now higher than it has ever been since the beginning of this efficiency B.S SO WHERE IS THE EFFICIENCY? is this all to curb electricity so that the data centers can use it that's the only thing that makes sense to me. Because they sure to hell aren't out to help us if somebody needs to shut the s*** down.

Extreme green initiatives in CA are beyond ridiculous. I’m all for being environmental friendly but so many of the mandates being done are far beyond that. I also question who exactly is benefiting financially from these decisions

They don't improve fuel economy I drive a hybrid. I paid the crazy price for the low roll resistance tires for the first set. The next set I used regular tires I seen no change in fuel mileage!
