I am struggling with customers bringing in cars that have a “ceramic” style spray wax or rinse aid. We decon shampoo the vehicle and do what we can chemically and can see the water hydrophobic properties begin to dissipate but worry around edges and corners we may have missed areas. At the point of inspection before we quote the job it’s impossible to tell if it’s coated if the customer doesn’t tell us. Can you do a video on this subject?
