sorry my lemon & raspberry muffin yogurt bowl comes first (for the lemon oats) you’ll need: - 1 small banana - zest of 1 lemon - 1 egg  - 2tbsp honey / maple syrup - 1/2 cup oats (about 40g) - 1 knob of butter (for the raspberry chia jam): - 1 cup (a large handful) of fresh / frozen raspberries - juice of 1/4 of a lemon - 1 tbsp chia seeds  - 1tbsp honey (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - fresh strawberries, sliced into rounds - any nut butter you like (i use almond! method: 1. begin by roughly mashing the banana with a fork in a shallow bowl. 2. add in the lemon zest, honey, egg and oats and mix until thoroughly combined. 3. melt the butter in a small frying pan on a medium heat and begin to fry the oat mixture. 4. start scrambling it as if you were scrambling eggs! 5. it will begin to cluster so break it up as you go. 6. meanwhile, place the raspberries, lemon juice, chia seeds and honey in a small saucepan and place on a medium to high heat. 7. as soon as the raspberries begin to thaw and release their juices, lower the heat and keep stirring until you form a jam. remove from the heat. 8. once the oats are golden and clustered, remove from the heat. 9. begin to assemble your yogurt bowl by placing your yogurt of choice first and make a small well in the centre. 10. spoon the jam on top right in the centre… 11. then, layer on top the lemon oats into your corner of choice. 12. finish with the sliced strawberries, nut butter of choice and a drizzle of honey if you like… enjoy!🍋🍋🍋 #yogurt #yogurtbowl #breakfast #EasyRecipes
