Why do I only get good output when I have my bra relatively tight? Even with my wall pump I feel like I need to push my flanges into my breasts to get all the milk out.

I tried the spectra but I don’t get enough out, when I do the Momcozy I get 6 plus every time. What am I doing wrong? And why shouldn’t we have wearables as the main?

When you say not your primary pump, Do you mean not the primary way to remove milk? I’m going back to work soon and will need to pump 3x while at work, the rest of the day and night it’s direct BFing or using the wall pump at home. Do you think this’ll be enough to reduce my supply from the wearable 3x a day 5 days a week?

Can someone please explain why every time I pump it takes forever for my milk supply to come back. I don’t understand 😭 I’m trying to build a stash and everything I’m seeing says to make more you have to take more but my supply always dips after a pump session.

I agree about the loose fit - but as an elasta girl , who’s boobs each need different things , a wearable is the best for me! Now I use cotton brushing bras and stretch them allll the way out so they kind of hang when I pump - similar to the pumpin pals inserts . It works really well!

I only breast feed at home… but pump at work. I don’t think I’m responding to my pumps well 😭 tips and tricks? There’s no way my baby is only <3 ounces every 4 hrs since she’s gaining weight and has good wet diapers… that’s all I pump every 4 hrs during a 13 hr shift.

I have really big breast especially since pumping. I exclusively pump and I’m on the road alor so I have to use a pump that sits inside my bra but my boobs are spilling out of my bra as it is (I habe the biggest pumping bra I can find) what bra do you recommend for very busty women who pump on the road

This came just in time mine is coming tmr. I have a question though. I can only pump from one breast (medical case) but can hand express from the other. The amount is less than the breast i pump from. Can you tell us how to hand express for best results please

Another thing I do that works is my bra has two clamps since it’s a pumping and nursing bra, I only use the bottom/inner lining to hold my pump in and I lean forward a little bit while I pump and I’ve noticed I get better output when I use my wearable

Random but pacifier recs for a baby that needs to practice a deeper latch? She can get a good latch but she has a bit of a lip tie and we are trying to help her practice the correct latch since I know she can. I also have a fast heavy letdown and she does get too much often. I’ve followed a lot of your advice for that and sometimes use the pacifier to soothe her for a bit after she’s eaten to help avoid her getting too much because she had thrown up some from getting too much.
