Global Entry is still worth it. When there’s three or four planes landing at the same time and you don’t have it you will be waiting a little bit longer.

You still get TSA Pre with Global Entry and the fee is good for 5 years. Many credit cards will credit you the $120 fee also.

That is good to know. Flying into LA is why I got GE. I will be entering the US there in a few weeks.

We did GE when leaving Montreal. Having GE and TSA Pre made it easier to exit.

Global entry comes with TSA pre-check when you leave the US. If you have a credit card that actually pays for it as a benefit like Amex platinum, then it’s a no-brainer.

Nope. Maybe you lucked out. Global Entry line almost doesn't exist while regular lines are long. Seatac is arguably the easiest entry back into the US.
