Thank you for this!! Networking seems to be a huge part of it. When I was in charter I was looking to leave and instead ended up going to public, but I know I can't do this forever. I just struggle with the pay difference as I've been teaching 10 years so my salary is pretty decent to afford living in nyc. But I'm glad you're happy and can't wait for this new chapter!

Thats why I left child protection services and being teaching both are very stressful! CPS is worse tho pay good but the mental health and stress itself will take u out! Working in the school system 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️IDK yall i love it but I think I got in it to late
