a little bit this is on Irish society . why had these kids nothing to do and nowhere to go? their parents also had nothing to do and nowhere to go when they were young. when , a social care worker sees this ,when a community leader sees this it should be alarm bells. so , fix that....or blame the parents or the kids ... whichever is easiest
