I think the altercation took place when her heart rate was above 100. That would explain her body temperature as well.

Her heart rate was over a hundred beats per/minute from 443pm-450pm. That had to be the time of the incident and would explain her increased heart rate. I wish we could see above the 112 to document how long her heart rate was increased over a 100 beats/minute. She was already out the window by 5pm and She was also drug around that time. Her heart rate slowly dropped to 57 beats/minute as the drugs were being processed by her liver and as hypothermia began to settle in. This would have also decreased her respiratory rate. This would help explain her hypothermia at such a low body temperature.
