Depending on what kind of bank dirt(I'm on the spectrum so my brain went two ways) it can be used differently. River bank dirt could help wash away negativity or blockages, bank 🏦 dirt could be used in spellwork for financial boosters. If it's the latter, a green candle, a quarter, some salt(or if you have holy water whatever you prefer, it's just for a protection boundary) whatever herbs you want to include and some of the dirt coating the candle could be a good financial welcomer.
