@awakeelle_rose: Trying out new care content😊👙w my phenomenal caregiver🚿 I couldn't find out how to fast-forward the clips, so here's an abbreviated version of a little shower routine.*In my bikini so that I don't get censored lol link in bio for other version😉* Up until today I felt the lingering shortness of breath from my illness, and today to avoid any oxygen shortage I stayed on the diaphragm pacer while showering. I do not recommend doing that, usually I disconnect from the pacer, we cover the pacer site with tegaderm and I free breathe for about 30 minutes while showering. But I wanted to conserve my breathing energy today so we worked around the pacer and we're very careful not to get it wet. #quadriplegic #sick #disability #colostomy #paralyzed
