She could have smaller uterus, placenta pulling away, or knotting, or something causing the stillborns. May want to have a vet technician due an ultrasound diagnostic. Sometimes University's with Animal science diagnostic labs will do the service for free as teaching opportunity. NDSU has animal Science labs, not sure about Minot State in the East of ND.

food for thought…might be worth sending the piglets and placenta to the diagnostic lab for infectious testing since it’s happened more than once and you have other breeding stock

Oh my gosh I’m so sorry… that’s truly the worst part of farming 😢 is the little black one that’s laying down at the end gonna be okay or is it just the runt? Just asking cause that would be five she had if it made it not four?

They can accidentally lay on them and not realize it as well when nursing… they may have not been born dead. It’s important to have a proper birthing set up where the piglets can move to a spot where mom can’t lay on top them but can still nurse .
