I have a scar on my finger from when my dog accidentally bit my finger. Now he’s passed on I look at that scar in memory of him, and I’m kinda glad it’s there ❤️

as a i child, i still remember it was a day before i went to 7th grade, I had a dog named Marcus, he was a cane corso, I was playing with him outside..I held a ball close to my face and when he jumped to get it, i dropped the ball and he accidentally bit my nostril tiniest bit while trying to catch the ball..it bled and ever since i have a scar there..10 years passed, Marcus is no longer with us but the scar he left on my nostril is still on me and honestly i love it so much.. a little souvenir from my good boy ❤️

As a kid, I went round my friends grandads house and entered the house behind my friends grandad. His dog (who knew me for years) for some reason thought I was a threat, jumped up and bit my arm. When it was getting cleaned out, he had his head in my lap whining/crying and would not leave my side. Animals never mean to intentionally hurt, they just do what comes naturally.

my dog did the same thing to me on Xmas day when he was 5 months. had an eye patch for 3 months. damaged my pupil iris and cornea. pain lasted for 5 years and it was excruciating. he's now 10 and my best friend always
