Most of these properties are overvalued. Across major Stock Exchanges (JSE, LSE, etc) property companies have been trading at a discount for a long time, which says a lot. R4.50 is a good deal👌

Baldwin on jse as a developer never made sense it meant they needed to keep developing properties hence the mega complexes all over and the negative impact on buy to let market

Growth point is taking over student accommodation spaces with THRIVE. I’m seeing in Braamfontein they are slowly taking over. Nice thing with them they not scared to demolish and start over, the Orange brand just wants to repaint OLD buildings
