Sometimes I have to find simple things that fill me up. For instance: I bought fresh caught and steamed crabs from a local grocery store. Shared them w my pups. Sun was out so sat in it. Life is full of responsibilities and expectations of being perfect/ reliable etc. only way to do that is to fulfill yourself first. Be "Matt" your Matt. Then do your best for the rest.
