The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • Ingredients for one serving: 1/2 ripe banana 2 eggs 1/3 cup high-protein Greek yogurt (80 ml) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract/paste 1/2 cup (gluten-free) oat flour (120 ml) 1 teaspoon baking powder cinnamon, to taste • optional: 1/2 banana, sliced • 1. Mash the banana 2. Add the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla and stir 3. Lastly add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir 4. On a greased non-stick pan, place 4 x 3 banana slices onto the pan. Spoon the pancake batter on top of the banana slices to make four pancakes. Cook for a few minutes on each side over medium heat 5.
