Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then mix until just combined. Pour into a lined 9×5-inch loaf pan and bake at 175°C for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the loaf cool completely. Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
