I have stuck through thick and thin with my current employers for 3 and one half years. I've never been late, have worked shifts when boss decides to cut out early, have stayed while others come and go. Go above and beyond in doing my job as well as covering slack from others. I have not received any raises what so ever, but expectations of me have increased. Now I am burned out. I'm mentally and physically tired. I no longer care. I show up to work and now just do the basic tasks. Employers hire deadbeats at better salaries than mine and they quit after a couple of months. I still stay, that is until now. I don't care.
