I was a temp for an outreach dept and they told me in my last 1 on 1 that I wouldn’t be hired on but they still wanted me to make sure I was still being productive and reaching out to members. I was literally calling them members hanging up or just putting myself on mute until they hang up I wasn’t about to do no work.
