Here's a great idea I'll give all my money to someone else they will give me enough to live and send the rest to my mortgage and charge me for doing it. Whoever is able to sell that to someone is unbelievably good because that's probably the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

Throw as much money as you can at your mortgage every year & you will pay it off years sooner..There maybe a fee for paying it out early but it is only on whats left owing..Think of all the interest you will save..
