I personally think this is unnecessary. Everyone just watches their own device, anyway. But I’m sure they had data showing adding screens would be beneficial.

It’s going to be a challenge for AA. It’s sad to see AA fall so behind from its competitors. They need to come up with a better competitive advantage. They no longer lead innovation they’re just playing catch up now. They need a better strategy and marketig team

I think this is a poor decsion. With the current Maintence program and fuel cost. It will mean the race to replace to phase out customer service to offsett the cost will fall on us and AI is already taking task away from us. Seat back TVs are not a money maker.

AA Missed the train on this one. UA started this years ago and is just about done now, early 2030’s is crazy. Cheap copy of United next in every way. American needs new management. The lagging behind competitors is getting wild.
