all tenants for small landlords are a total nightmare. guess what??? its not their home. changes have to happen. I would never buy an investment property in ontario again. let the renters go pay more for rents.

Just put a stipulation in the contract that says the former owner will continue to assume payments until the tennant vacates or the contract is suspended until they vacate and the condition of the home will be reassessed after they leave to see if conditions have changed😐
