@healthandwellbeing55: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) plays an important role in energy metabolism and normal nerve function—but some possible signs of low B1 can be easy to overlook. In this video, we look at symptoms discussed by Dr. Berg and why getting enough thiamine through a balanced diet matters. This content is for general education only and isn’t a diagnosis. If you have persistent or concerning symptoms, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. #VitaminB1 #Thiamine #healthtips #VitaminDeficiency #nutritiontips

Here are good sources of Vitamin B1 that actually deliver: lean pork (chops or tenderloin), sunflower or flax seeds, black beans, lentils, green peas, brown rice or oats, whole-grain or fortified breads and cereals, salmon or trout, and a handful of pistachios or macadamia nuts.
I'd look past the food list — B1 is easily destroyed by overcooking, stress, alcohol, and poor digestion — so eat these regularly in simple forms and make sure your gut can absorb them if you want the energy and nerve support to last.

Research from meta analysis says it’s the lipid soluble form of B1 that is usable by the body. The water soluble form just get wasted.
