is no one understanding that the serum doesn't just increase strength but EVERYTHING in you? Walker took the serum wich made him very aggressive and angry. the only people capable of handling the serum are the ones who are extremely selfless and good people at heart like Steve. walker wasn't that. walker had selfish tendencies, he had aggressive tendencies and frankly probably a lot of trauma from war. all of this got a lot stronger through the serum wich is why he behaved the way he did and why he shouldn't have ever been cap in the first place. the government made a huge mistake by picking someone for the new captain america solely based on their achievements and not on their values.
