That choking device should be given out free of charge to every mother that gives birth to a child. They called the old ways child abuse my sister was choking one time. My mom ran back and not laid dogs not out of her in her back she spit it out. My sister didn’t get choked no more thank God for mamas and dad’s trust your instinct people sometimes they know more than we do your instincts, but that’s a good idea. Choking device should be handed to Every, new father and mother free of charge.
