I thought I was late starting at 28. Now I’m 29, I’ll do my first show right before I turn 30. This was at 9 weeks out, a few days ago. Still plenty of time to grow more and get better 💪

Yeah dude for real I turn 35 this year. 16 years in the Army and still active duty. Just started to really take bodybuilding seriously like a year-ish ago and probably have the best physique I’ve ever had. There’s definitely plenty of time. Road to pro
