Selsun blue is the only thing that’s ever helped. If I stop using it, the dryness comes back, scabby and itchy.

I have been getting this because my head itches and flakes. I even had bad build up at one point where it almost looked like a new horns head with cradle cap. It was horrible. It’s helped a lot and I pair it with the Ropink cleanser a healthy scalp and soothing with a moisturizer and oil controlling. I don’t know if that makes sense to you. But I really don’t know my issue lol

How do I explain that my hair hurts , I can grab my hair from the bottom and push it up and feel it in my scalp. A stylist told me it was build up from my Pantene

What about if you have the itchy scalp, no flakes, and hair feels like it has a slightly thick film of oil (like oily enough it looks like you poured a little vegetable oil on it and let it sit on the top of your head..) after maybe 3 or 4 days of not washing it? I normally wash my hair every other day but I'm a single mom with a 10 year old son and some days I skip washing my hair because I'm exhausted after work and house cleaning and whatnot. 😮💨😅 The itch gets annoying at best.. 🥹

Tell me why a dermatologist I saw (only this one time) didn't know the difference between dry scalp and dandruff. I had to explain it to her. Needless to say I left a very detailed review on Google, and after switching my shampoo in the winter months (I'm in SC) I fixed it myself.

Ugh, I couldnt stand when my dandruff broke out. it got so bad that the sides and the of my scalp was so flakey, inflamed, itchy, oily, GROSS.. then I started using Head & Shoulders and it cleared up after the 2 wash. oh my head felt so much better 🥴😍
