General thoughts for everybody everywhere: start prepping now. non perishable food, water, emergency supplies. things that will hold you down for a few days. rice, beans, broth, noodles. I am not saying go panic, but I do think around midterms we should not be in the general public or large gatherings. there's no telling WHAT is going through people's minds right now. when they said the revolution wouldn't be televised- this is what they meant. our media is compromised. we have to get creative just to get a message across! letting you know you came up on my fyp! also we are heading into storm season with funding cuts to FEMA and emergency response. Indiana and memphis won't be the last places in the US to be left on their own. I saw reports that Arizona and Ohio are without power rn too. building community amongst trusted individuals is going to be what gets us through. stay vigilant and aware of your surroundings especially if you have no power! please use the buddy system and dont go anywhere alone especially if you're melanated ♡
