I’m not someone who would just sue another person or corporation, but are you kidding me? I would have a team of attorneys so everyone involved. The level of incompetence is astounding. Do you mean to tell me they couldn’t have just had two officers walk up to him and have a conversation? Why did this have to be so extreme like he’s an armed bank robber that just shot somebody?

Just detained and in handcuffs while they’re performing a full search of his vehicle. Seems like a violation of your rights since you’re not allowed to search the vehicle unless it’s incident of arrest.

Take their firearms away from them and leave them with tasers. Only and let's see if that aggression towards the public increases or decreases, have them do weekly drug tests and psychoanalysis twice annually, and must be able to pass a rigorous physical fitness test paid for by the public servant employed. These people don't want to respect us or know the laws and our rights. If they have taken an oath to the constitution to protect , then we'll give them something to do
