The aircraft's braking system is under investigation and may be the primary cause. According to the captain's report, flight VN34 began its takeoff roll on runway 26L. About halfway down the runway, the flight crew noticed that the speed did not increase for approximately two seconds. Speed subsequently picked up again, and the aircraft continued its roll until reaching V1—the takeoff decision speed. However, after reaching V1, the crew observed the aircraft's speed beginning to drop. Assessing that the remaining runway length was insufficient to abort the takeoff, the pilots decided to proceed with the takeoff. The flight crew for VN34 consisted of four Vietnamese pilots: three captains and one first officer. Collectively, the four pilots had logged 63,938 flight hours, including 19,675 hours on the Boeing 787.

Only possible reason would be the brakes, if they somehow got engaged. As you showed in another video there were skidmarks at the end, so if the brakes were locked than that would make total sence since when they took off the weight decreased on the brakes making the skidmarks
