Just use silicone ice cube molds. Safer than toxic microplastics from the ziplock bag.

Put the hot coffee in glass container to chill and then pour into bag to freeze. You don’t wanna eat the plastic and get cancer.

Why not put the espresso in a cup and then when it’s cool I’ll put it in a plastic bag. Seems awfully weird. You’re putting a hot equipment in a plastic bag.
